its impact in the society. To sustain this momentum he has instituted the Kalarippayat Association in the year 19....The  
mission did not end but continued to propagate this ethnic physical culture and methodical system of self discipline for
the benefit of the world community.If one comes across a Kalari in a  European or American city, no wonder as many
students who learned this art under the guidance of the Gurukul  have setup them proving their faithfulness to this
system. Today on cultural fronts Kalarippayattu  has become favourite theme for presentaions as stage 
demonstrations,choreography and as a specialized tourism product.In this line we provide lecture,demonstrations,
workshops, choreographic works for films and dances and mock fights as well as presentation with real weapons.
  
 
 

                                                               

Narayanan Gurukkal in the year 1945.He took it 
as a life mission and propagated this art in the whole 
of Malabar, where once it had its sway in each village.
The heroic deeds of many a valiant fighters of  Malabar 
can still be heard in the ballads of Kadathnad,one of
the principalities of the great Malabar. A sense of 
professionalism,dedication,determination and devotion  
to the art he could  inculcate in his disciples,as a 
result of which many kalaries were set up in the whole
of Kerala.Kalarippayat once again began to have
